Gartner: CIO resolutions for 2006

Gartner ha svelato un'anteprima della sua lista delle 10 "CIO resolutions" per il 2006, ovvero delle 10 priorità che i CIO e i direttori IT dovrebbero adottare per i prossimi 12 mesi. Gartner invita le aziende a intraprendere le azioni indicate per aggiungere valore al proprio business e per differenziarsi dai concorrenti. Mark Raskino, ricercatore in Gartner sottolinea: "Un quadro economico incerto e una fiducia calante si combineranno con una tendenza verso l'innovazione quando i mercati iniziaranno l'adozione delle tecnologie emergenti."

Ecco i temi proposti, suddivisi in tre gruppi:

Insist on agility - in the heart of the organisation

Push beyond 2005 comfort zones - in value focus and technology
7. Revisit capitalisation with your chief financial officer (CFO)
8. Build your brand and your team
9. Refresh your meetings with the chief executive officer (CEO)
10. Check out some 2006 'hot' technologies
